the folder for the 'less popluars' is the other youtubers folder and the fanmade and not-on-the-official-list ones are the 'unofficial and blah blah folder'
yea i just made them not based on popluarity but on things i can remember
if you tell me any official evil youtuber i should make a folder of you can ask away and ill make it right away

Well, there is a folder called "Other Evil Youtubers" That's about it
